Fish Quiz For iOS Devices Now On The App Store!

Fish Quiz, an iOS universal app developed by Numlock for Fishbase Information and Research Group, Inc. (FIN), has just been published to the App Store.

Fish Quiz is an educational game designed to engage users in a quiz-type activity on their mobile devices to learn about the different types of fishes, their common and scientific names, environment, food, etc. The quiz is based on the best scientific knowledge about over 2,000 species of marine and freshwater fishes and is part of the international FishBase information system.

FIN has been created exclusively for scientific purposes and is backed by the FishBase Consortium, a group of nine international institutions and organizations that is providing long-term support for FishBase. The income from this App will be used to support the continuous updating and improvement of FishBase (www.fishbase.org).

What do you need to do?
